These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hunt As One Performance ("HAO", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, coaching services, training programs, digital products, mobile communications, and related services. By accessing our website, purchasing a program, participating in coaching, or communicating with Hunt As One Performance, you agree to these Terms.
1. Coaching Services
Hunt As One Performance provides fitness coaching, performance coaching, nutrition guidance, accountability services, educational content, and related training resources. Results are not guaranteed and depend upon individual effort, consistency, and adherence.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services.
3. Medical Disclaimer
You understand that exercise, physical activity, and nutritional changes involve inherent risks. Hunt As One Performance is not a medical provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
4. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any Hunt As One Performance program, training session, workout, event, challenge, or coaching service, you knowingly assume all risks associated with physical activity, including injury, illness, disability, or death.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the selected coaching agreement, membership, program, or service package. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Membership & Coaching Access
Membership benefits, coaching access, communication channels, in-person sessions, and digital resources are provided according to the specific service package purchased. Hunt As One Performance reserves the right to modify offerings as necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All training programs, educational materials, branding, logos, documents, videos, graphics, coaching frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Hunt As One Performance and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
8. SMS Terms & Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive messages from Hunt As One Performance regarding coaching, scheduling, support, promotions, and account-related notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with services, impersonate others, violate applicable laws, or engage in behavior that disrupts the Hunt As One community.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt As One Performance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, programs, content, or communications.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunt As One Performance, its owners, coaches, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with the values of the Hunt As One community.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which Hunt As One Performance operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
